The PB-1 metals removal cartridge is probably the best carbon block filter cartridge currently available in New Zealand.
Dimensions: 250mm x 70mm and fits a standard ’10 inch’ filter housing such as Pentek or those mentioned below.
It can be used in to replace Taylors cartridges, Mountain Fresh, Microlene, Sapphire, Big Blue, Seal Brand, Aqua Filter, Aqua Pure, Aqua Cool, Spring Flow, Crystal Clear, Alpine Spring and many other 10 inch carbon block filters.
An excellent general purpose 0.5 micron carbon block filter cartridge :
