There are several product categories with varying warranty cover.
Water coolers:
All water coolers are covered by a two-year warranty on the compressor and refrigeration system - conditional on complying with the Manufacturers recommendations on handling of the cooler or exposing it to environments that could cause damage.
In addition, HCEW coolers have an extended five-year warranty provided the filter cartridges are changed every 12 months as per Manufacturers recommendation.
Water filter housings
Water filter housings carry a two-year performance warranty, conditional on correct installation. Note where water pressure may exceed 90psi a pressure reducing valve is required as a condition of this warranty.
Filter cartridges
These carry a 12 month pro-rata warranty when used with town water supplies. Where water quality can damage filters such as individual or small community supplies with sediment, hardness, corrosion or contamination issues no warranty is possible.
